  • Order Processing: We process orders within 1-3 business days after receiving the order.
  • Order cut-off time: Orders received before 5:00 p.m. (German time) will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

  • Total delivery time: The estimated delivery time for your order is between 5 and 10 business days after shipping confirmation.
  • Transit time: Transit time may vary between 4-7 business days depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Delays: On rare occasions, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, holidays or other logistical issues). We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

8. Changes to the shipping address

9. Uncollected shipments

If the package is not collected and is returned to us, please contact us to arrange a re-delivery. Any shipping costs for return and re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
