1. Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed securely and encrypted via our partners Stripe and Shopify Payments.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only deliver within Germany . However, we offer free shipping on all orders within Germany.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Processing time: We process your order within 1-3 business days after receiving your order.
  • Shipping time: The shipping time is 4-7 working days , so the total delivery time is usually 5-10 working days .
  • Delivery time: Orders received after 5:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

4. What happens if I have not received my order?

If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time, you can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number you will receive via email after your order has been shipped. If the order still does not arrive, please contact us at support@deutschria.com .

5. How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for all orders within Germany. There are no additional shipping costs.

6. How can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled. We recommend that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if any changes are required.

7. Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that if an error was made when ordering (e.g. wrong size or wrong product), return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.

8. How will the refund be processed?

  • If you return your order, the refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt and inspection of the return.
  • The refund will be transferred back to the original payment method used.

9. How can I return a product?

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Please contact us at support@deutschria.com to initiate the return.
  2. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Please return the product to the following address:

The return costs must be borne by the customer if the customer made a mistake when ordering.

10. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the shipping carrier's website.

11. What happens if my item is damaged or I received an incorrect item?

If your item is damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will arrange the return and offer you either a replacement or a refund.

12. Do you have a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. You can purchase as many or as few items as you like.

13. Can I use a voucher or discount code?

Yes, during the checkout process you can enter a voucher or discount code if you have one. Please note that discounts and special promotions are only valid for a specific period of time and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
