We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund policy to help you out.

  • Return Policy : You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
  • Return conditions :
    • The item must be returned unworn, unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
    • Items that have been washed, worn or damaged cannot be returned.
    • Returns are only available for items purchased through our website.
  • Return costs :
    • If you return an item due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If you return the item for any other reason (e.g. change of mind or incorrect order), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Refund process :
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 7 business days . The refund will be made to the original method of payment.

    • If you paid by credit card or bank transfer , the refund will be sent directly to your account.
    • The refund amount will include the purchase price of the product, less any shipping costs if the return is for other reasons.

  • Partial Refunds : In certain cases, if items are not returned in their original condition or without tags, we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund.

Cancel order

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before 5pm on the day of the order. Orders processed after this time cannot be cancelled.
  • If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you must complete the return process according to the guidelines above.
